UK Fragrance Launch · Double-Door LED Presentation Box

Client: UK fragrance brand developing premium presentation packaging for a perfume launch. Challenge: The two doors needed to meet evenly without rubbing or leaving an inconsistent center gap. The bottle also required secure positioning, while the integrated lighting needed to illuminate it without exposed wiring or concentrated light spots. Engineering Solution: We reinforced the rigid-board structure, adjusted the hinge clearance and calibrated the magnetic closures. A concealed LED module, diffuser and door-activated switch were integrated beneath the display platform, together with a fitted insert that kept the perfume bottle centered.

Client: Independent US apparel brand creating presentation packaging for a limited-edition garment collection. Challenge: The coated velvet lining needed to cover the lid, walls and base without wrinkles, adhesive marks or lifted corners. Applying gold foil directly to the velvet also risked incomplete transfer, foil lifting and loss of fine logo details. Engineering Solution: We matched a textile-compatible foil to the velvet and refined the stamping temperature, pressure and dwell time during sampling. Pre-cut velvet panels, consistent pile direction and controlled adhesive application helped create cleaner joints and a smoother interior.

Wine Gift Box · Collapsible Structure with YKK Zipper

Client: Australian wine brand requiring premium single-bottle packaging for international retail and e-commerce distribution. Challenge: The tall box needed to ship flat but remain square and stable after assembly. The long zipper path required smooth operation, while the printed bottle artwork had to align correctly beside the zipper on the finished box. Engineering Solution: We developed reinforced collapsible panels, controlled hinge gaps and a locking base. The YKK zipper was installed along a reinforced mounting edge, and the artwork was registered against the final folds and zipper position. Neck and base supports were added to control bottle movement.

Engineering Note

For dark-colored wraps, we normally recommend anti-scratch lamination because fingerprints and surface marks are more visible.

For heavier glass bottles, molded pulp or reinforced paperboard inserts may provide better structural support than lightweight folded dividers.

Collapsible rigid boxes can reduce freight and storage volume, but they require additional assembly time during product pack-out.

FSC-certified paper options are available. Depending on the product, paperboard or molded pulp inserts may also reduce plastic use compared with EVA. Material claims must be confirmed for each project.
Can you arrange door-to-door shipping?
